Be Innovative is a foundation established in 2006 and specialized in creating and realizing new innovative concepts for new markets. Our aim is to create new perceptions and distinguish our work from other developers. Next to the initiating of projects, we also take concern of the feasibility and sustainability of it in order for our innovations to remain successful. The vision we have with our project is to initiate projects on a global scale with long term success and awareness.

Be Innovative is an organization formed to create and initiate new and unique concepts. Every concept has a special characteristic to differentiate it from existing and more common projects that already have been realized. The selection of projects consists on feasibility, profitability, sustainability and long term survival with room for improvement and adaptability. The vision maintained by Be Innovative is to instigate successful and outstanding international concepts and to be maintained on a leading position.

CAPITAL RAISING

Financing the concepts for realization is also a task that Be Innovative covers. Sponsorships and investments are raised at related stakeholders who have a primary benefit with the project. Partners in the portfolio for funding the projects are selected to be on a common line of business without competing each other. The organizations targeted are contacted together with a financial plan in order to set up their level of participation. Beneficial options for the partners are also discussed and negotiated.
